The Construction Division will work with Doway SEZ, the largest special economic zone industrial park in Southeast Asia, if completed by a national project of the Myanmar government, Japanese government, and Thai government, in addition to the plan to build 100 residences (condominiums) in the main Tanindary district. We are engaged in comprehensive development within the Tanindary Division, such as deep sea port and urban development, together with local companies. We also accept requests from land owners and agents for condominium development, land survey, design, design, construction, etc.

The Tanindary Division has many projects such as Dawei SEZ, Deep Sea Port and other economic zones, but there are no international standard residences yet, and Greenfield Dawei will try to solve this problem in 2019. In August, we signed an MOU with the Tanindary District Government and obtained approval for a project to build 100 buildings in the Tanindary District.

In the future, we plan to build in the Tanindary district, such as the commercial city of Bay, the tourist city of Kawthoung, and the city of Tiki on the border with Thailand, as well as the city of Daway.
