The Greenfield Economic and Political Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Greenfield), the predecessor of Greenfield Daway, has hosted (including co-sponsored) 6 seminars in the past, and all 6 seminars are sponsored by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). 3 seminars were held by the Myanmar government, 3 seminars were held by the Myanmar local government, and 1 seminar was held by the Japan External Trade Organization.

The speakers were the active Minister of State of Myanmar for 4 seminars, the active minister of districts for 3 seminars, the advisor of Central Bank of Myanmar for 2 seminars, etc. from Myanmar. From Japan, we invited former Deputy Minister of Finance, former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications, and former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan to give lectures.

In addition, the three seminars from 2016 have changed the crown from the Myanmar seminar to the Myanmar Dawei seminar, and have been the first to give a lecture on the appeal and development of Dawei.
